These turned out really well. They were the perfect consistency.
1 lb ground turkey
1 egg white
1/2 cup of Italian breadcrumbs
Chopped fresh chives
Ground pepper, salt, and garlic
Bake at 375 for 35 minutes. I put a little olive oil at the bottom of a glass pan so they didn't stick.
Top with fresh basil leaves :)
My husband also made a meatball sub out of them. Another possibility, just not necessarily the healthiest!
