So I took this picture the last time we had kabobs. We ate them tonight, but I completely forgot to take a picture! These are some of my favorites. Flavorful and filling in a good way. And they're very lean, especially if you use chicken instead.
1lb chunked chicken or beef
1 sweet onion
1 green pepper
A handful of cherry or grape tomatoes
1 zucchini (we used a yellow pepper today instead)
Super easy! Marinade the beef in Italian dress or the chicken in barbecue sauce overnight. Make sure to put holes in the meat with a fork before marinating. Fire up the grill!
