Chicken Caesar APPLE Wrap

This is one of my favorites. It's another one that you might find the combination to be odd, but you have to try it. You'll never eat a plain Caesar salad again!

2 chicken breasts, grilled and chopped
1 bag of mixed lettuce 
1 cup of croutons
1 large apple, sliced

1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese
Ken's light Caesar dressing (mix in 2 tablespoons at a time until it's the taste you want. I like it light)

Ground pepper
Whole wheat wraps (or eat as a salad)
