Low Carb/High Protein Chicken Stir Fry!

This is an excellent dish. It's satisfying but doesn't make you feel stuffed. I've made this before, but this time I used a different soy sauce (Organic Shoyu) from WF and I actually wasn't impressed. If you're going to make this, I'd opt for a soy sauce lower in sodium. Otherwise, this is awesome! Low net carbs because of the fiber in the veggies :)

Ingredients:

2 grilled chicken breasts
1 red pepper
1/3 sweet onion
1 small bundle of asparagus 
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2-3 tablespoons of soy sauce (start with two)
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
Red pepper flakes
A pinch of cumin 
Ground black pepper

Also, take note of the wine glass. It's been one of those days!
